The title is really strange tho, it's from the BF's PoV when he is kind of a secondary character. Which is actually one of the manga's issue: the guy has almost no agency. Which is a bit of a problem when the mangaka literally says that boy reading the manga should follow his example, and while it's a good thing to be supportive and understanding of a pregnant gf, here he is letting her walk all over him without really including him in anything.
Tbf, considering Japanese society, it's probably a necessary overcorrection to focus so much on the girl agency, but IMO the manga would be more interesting if the boy was a bit more of a character.
Still overall it's a good read and at the very least a novel one.
