Temporarily Closed for Work Reasons

It's a complete work and completely translated so just for that it deserves a above average rating of 6. The premise of an author being a godlike being is an old one on Korean novels. It is well executed here but it is not exceptional. Characters are well made and have so me sort of relevance until the end but some side Characters were there just for comedy and side episodes without relevance. The end was good but it was generic.
So it is a well written and drawn but nowhere close to perfect and with some flaws but interesting enough for it to be enjoyed 😉 so I gave it rating of 8.

Every new enemy faced is like lightyears ahead of the MC in terms of skill and power. At a certain point it no longer feels threatening and simply becomes annoying. Not every enemy has to be this insurmountable wall that requires another plot device to solve. That's what you call writing yourself in a corner.

Could have been great if the MC wasn't such a cringey clown, he totally ruins the story.

Ok so the MC is a an author right? How is it possible that being an author resulted in him acting like a retard and doesn'tunderstand how his power works holy shit, he kept choosing the worse fucking option it's not even funny. The author tried to hard on him being a retard it's no longer funny.

... I have been enjoying this so much! If you have binged too many of these game element/fantasy/OP protagonist conquers the world stories, then this is a great story for you!

This is definitely for comic relief. If you expect the MC to be clever, then you're missing the point. This manga captures all of the common tropes you expect: MC weak>strong with "god" level growth skills. Support from other super strong beings. Little effort needed. Leveling up like crazy before we even understand the story. Lots of supporters coming from no where. Defeating bosses and villains who are conquering the world. All the typical things you would expect. But with a hilarious twist of foolish actions that always go well.

I'm on Ch 29 right now and I'm hoping the MC doesn't get any brains haha...

The main dud is an absolute brick (Think homer Simpson), the art is really nice and the followers are nice, but the mc is a deus ex brain fart, the author tries really hard to sell the comedy and it does not work.

Thing happen, misunderstandings on top of misunderstandings, silly gag characters as both allies and villains, powers and possibilities at random moments.

The plot is- there is no plot other than things just happen.

Color me surprised when i get a ping from every single manhwa TL discord group all talking about how they're picking up the exact same manhwa.
You'd think its like the second coming of christ or something.

But actually nah this is a very inspiring story about a man who is too stupid to deal with ants but somehow manages to eke out a living by his writing skills (he's a webnovel author). Its very inspiring because you can Be as smart as this guy and still be an alright author somehow.

Heres a story that happens in chapter 8

When you get swarmed by ants on your own bed what is you first instinct ?
A. Is it to stomp them?
B. Maybe drown them in water?
No? Then C. Use the bug spray?
If you chose none of the above but instead chose
D. Jump out from the 3rd floor window.

Later on when his friend is in dire straits and is literally about to die, he does nothing. Till just a few seconds later he sees her get beheaded and then he sees the menu prompt to turn back time (or that he saw a vision from future, the TL groups have different translations for this) Thus he spends gold to 'turn back time' and then save the girl by breaking the restraints. And somehow he was too dumb like a brick to do it before seeing the 'vision'?

I must admit the author (not protagonist but manhwa author) also believes hes some sort of genius, cause he in one way or the other introduced time travel for no good reason.
also the protag looks ugly, tho this is hardly a relevant point, it doesnt make his lack of iq any easier to handle.

TLDR Reading this trash series is liable to give you brain damage
i rate it a 2 of 10, an actively terrible experience to read, worse than generic stuff.

Other manhwa from this studio are much better
