I wish this was continued, it is very good though and the ending was nice.

for some reason after reading this and the anime, i feel more depressed then compared to other mangas which are suppose to make the reader depressed

If he ends up with Lemon after all the trauma she put him through, not to mention if she lied about it for some dumbass reason ... no matter how good of an ending the author tries to spin it; it will still be a non-sensical bad ending. So the author better give an iron-clad reason for it in order for them to get together.
Personally, I cannot see a good reason for her telling him that kind of lie and then continuing her school life like nomal. Unless I am forgetting when she told him that lie but if it wasn't at graduation; that would suck even more.
It's even worse if it was for some dumb reason like "I did it for you" or "I was afraid of _" there is ABSOLUTELY no good reason to tell him that lie in order to break up. She could have even said that she found someone else she loves or she didn't feel the same way anymore but to say she was four-timing him is outright diabolical and even if it wasn't true; she doesn't deserve to end up with him anymore.

This manga is basically a nonstop rant from a mangaka with some nice panels thrown in

HxH is incredible- but Togashi is washed up as a mangaka. Let your staff do it if you "can't handle it", or call it. Stop with this lazy nonsense.
