Stranger Than Friends

Ok the main couple is such a good story. Tak and Sanho are the worse. Nothing about them is likable. Their story makes me hate the story I’m only putting up with it cause I love the main couple. Such a shame the author ruined the story like that.

I'm giving this a story a rating of 9 out of 10 because I had a great time reading it and is very well done, but as for the side story I don't really care about it so I didn't read it

I seriously can't take it anymore everyone relationship looks so toxic in this shit so I finally dropped it and make myself happy lol

• Not just here but in many yaoi, Why everyone getting hard and came so fast back to back ?! Like how uneducated and dumb some authors are...
  Just write porn with your blow average talent for anything related to a story and stop trying to call yourself an author.
• Side story is a torture to read, basically a torture porn by a freak and romanticized and I'm so disgusted by the author and how they turned it into love + those two mf of friends ignore that poor guy screaming for help, dude basically shaking by fear and ask for help .... Fuck this author.

In the end, just don't waste your time reading this dumb shit.

The main story was ok. The first chapters were good smut and made me hope for a good friends-to-lovers story, but it just doesn't progress for a while. Then there's the weird

"I can't be with you because I love you too much and in a too weird and intense way"trope that came out of nowhere and that I personally hate. There are some consent issues too in the main story, but not nearly as revolting as what is in the side story.

The initial side story with Tak and Sanho was bad, rapey, and pointless. Right now new side story chapters are coming out and they are even worse.

Tak just fully forces Sanho to come home and rapes him every night. Then Tak just "doesn't understand" Sanho. Plus Inseo & Yi-hyeok just ignore Sanho???Well, I'm disgusted now and it kinda ruined the whole thing for me. Lesson learned though: I'm dropping this and never reading anything from this author ever again.

First part? Straight up porn, was considering just dropping it, but was trying to give it one more chance. Second half was pretty alright. Not a single perfect character in there tho. Also I felt like there should be more drama with the boss, like idk😕 Push Inseo off the roof? Maybe a little revenge of boss's partner? Like maybe idk shoot yihyeok?? Was missing a bigger villain in there, but maybe all of the characters were the villains all along? Trying to find self happiness, but destroying others (and themselves) all this time...

As a reader I see so many problematic behaviours that I can't get myself to root for them. You know it's a bad romance story when you want the couple to split up and lead their own lives.
[edit after side stories] Well it gets worse. All tops are toxic and bottoms are stupid spineless doormats. The only extra side story I would love to read is when everyone gets to go in individual therapy.

i actually quite enjoy the side stories. After reading it you'll see that Sanho did like Tak.

Sagold’s Your Wish Is My Command just “ended” (AKA Sagold just marked one of the chapters as the end when it absolutely was not with so many plot points still active and a major relationship issue still ongoing and unacknowledged), and I have regretted spending 69 chapters’ worth of money for three years on this manhwa so, SO much.

The story has already been getting confusing with Inseo’s sudden personality change and their weird toxic relationship, so I’m dropping this series RIGHT now.
