    Like they set it up so that all the brothers are against each other, but as soon as they figure out that the emperor might have been the one to kidnap/stage the brothers death, instantly all the princes are friendly and willing to help and the first attempt to find where the brother is kept ends with them "arresting" the emperor and all the ongoing conflicts in the manga are suddenly resolved in the span of like 1-2 chapters. It makes it feel like the conflicts were such simple things to be fixed and just took all the suspense out of the story. I'm not sure if any of this will make sense to others but I had to write something cause I want to like this manga so bad but it feels like it has no impact as everything that is a "problem" gets resolved WAY too easily
