This manga isn't even that hard to comprehend and you're saying it's ruined because you dislike the characterization of the main character. A characterization that was established in the first 3 chapters.
He's been an anti-hero since the beginning, he indoctrinated 2 orphans before the age of 14 to serve under him and has been manipulating everyone in the series.
Graduation happens in mid-march, like right after Uryuu is finished with his college entrance exams, if she doesn't changes her mind soon then this was the setup for the last arc of the manga
His power sucks! Remember that One Piece Baroque lady who could increase and decrease her weight?
Balloon boy is a lightweight compared to her.
He can only increase his fire power exactly downwards. Even worse, it takes time for the human body to build up velocity from gravity alone.
But I really like that the manga goes the way of making superpowered fights about figuring out how abilities work and not power vs power.
