    holy shit. all these comments were correct. i mean i could understand if he said it was science or chi. but there is no way any of that is physics. make it freaking spirit or chi or some shit that would make sense or be semi believable. wtf. what does concentrated antibodies have to do with psychics thats microbiology. ugh it makes no sense. my brain hurts.

    Yes and no. They did do it to stay alive, I personally would do it. But at the same time people died so they honestly got caught between a rock and a hard place where they really couldn't win no matter what they did.

    Pretty good!
    From the description and the intro, I thought we would be following the story post-divorce, and I kinda wish that was the case, so here's hoping that we do follow the story post-divorce because the build up for it is pretty great.

    I quite like the main characters, although in these later chapters (currently 78), I'm not quite happy with what's going on. I'll go into spoilers now. The emperor actually loves her but she's, unbeknownst to her, infertile, so he wants to divorce her, acquire an heir and then remarry her? Damn, marriage is cheap! It's an ok concept, I guess, but I don't know if it fits with what happened earlier in the series. I remember him thoughtlessly insulting his wife for his little misstress before she was even pregnant, and for him to turn around now and say that it's all for her is just... eh. Why not just tell her?
