so for a review of chapter 69 I'd say it's passable for understanding the main plot points but the translation is very stiff and literal.
the grammar and spelling mistakes for english are things like "generously share" instead of "she generously shares"  "is there anything I can help" vs "is there anything I can help /with/" they're minor enough that they're still understandable.
but as for the subtext being kept very japanese it's interesting to see but difficult to understand. Like I get that she's pregnant and they're in love and she'll do her best but it took some rereading. I feel pretty lost about the spies to be honest.
overall good job especially since neither language is your first thank you for the chapter!
