Yeah I'm fairly certain the Demon Lord's current body is female. In addition to the points brought up earlier: When the Demon Lord tries to transform into the schoolgirl form for the first time the technique is actually just meant to age her up. If she was male she would have become an older male but instead the technique made her an older woman. Meaning that her current body is definitely female. In addition to the other small little feminine habits she displays I think it's safe to say that this reincarnated Demon Lord is a woman. It's being kept ambiguous for the sake of comedy.
It's a read or nah. You might like it, I don't know just don't pay too much to the aimless plot. If your here for ecchi, there's better ones to get hard off.
