The MC is quite boring and seriously insecure. That sucks as a reader because these girls are literally straight up telling him they love him and he's so pathetic that he rejects them even though pretty much the only personality trait that he has is that after 100 years of life, he wants to find love. Does that sound annoying? It is.
It's also shitty writing ala wish fulfillment because insecurity and being indecisive are some of the least attractive things for women, at least in my experience. The age gap is one thing, I understand that somebody would feel insecure over it to some degree, but it's also not such a massive problem that you'd literally reject 2 hot bitches wanting your dick, unless you were a brain-damaged japanese MC that is.
