It was a scripted event. Of course it's forced.

I can see that this was exactly the end Nihei-sensei wanted, but it was indeed rushed... curious why.

It isnt like his stories are mainstream and he is no new author, so people know exactly what they are getting into... but this does feel like an axe.

Anyway, it was a fun read, the character design has changed a lot since Blame's time, which isn't bad, but the environment is still top-notch, no author makes such vast spaces and monolithic constructs like Nihei-sensei.

Don't think this is his best work, but still deserves a read if you want.

Wdym get his shit together? there isn't anything wrong with his other stories.....
