Alice in borderland?

if i could try to do a short summary, it would be that it is a depressing manga throughout but somehow leaves u with an optimistic view on life

First 30 chapters 10/10. After plan reveal in chapter 31 it drops down to like a 7 for the simple reason of it being a stupid plan that dragged the "will he won't he" for like 30 chapters, while the whole time you're like "oh this was for serious. Well, that's stupid wtf?". If you wanted to get through this faster, read first 31 chapters, then skip to chapter 61. You don't miss much, it repeats themes and fleshes out some side characters a bit more and has some fun moments but it's so wishy washy you can just skip without consequence. Once again, first 30 or so chapters are absolutely great I wish I felt same way about the back half, the conclusion felt less satisfying due to the rest feeling pointless and messy.

Wasn't Skull Mask's thing supposed to rewind time? It would be kinda funny if this was entirely out of his expectations, and he accidentally just rewound more time than Desir's been around this second time so it accidentally rewound into Desir's past (their future) and made the labyrinth emerge.
