I’ve noticed something about shitty manga and practically all manhwa, even the extremely rare somewhat good ones: pointless fights just keep dragging on for no reason. U can do that in movies cuz it’s cool to see the action but in comics, if there’s no important dialogue or thoughts u might as well skip it and u’ll miss nothing. Good manga have less of these pointless fights, or at least they last less and the more important ones are filled with thoughts, strategies and dialogue.
Your dad that you are estranged/hostile? with... hmm nothing suspicious here. I'm not pointing fingers, just saying it could be possible, little missy over here got a bit too much ketchup on her
along with Nitrons, aren't the carrots grow out of many-ears mana/magic? Nova said he could only do 5 per day, so his body gets exhausted after producing that quantity. I assumed these were special because of the rabbits, not the land, since the land they are at is one taken by 'outcasts' and they live on tents so kinda nomadic.
I wouldn't be as harsh, but the series is indeed pretty 'meh' so far. And there are actually a lot of isekais of this nature, ones with a very similar story to this one. Also isekais are often slow-paced and lighthearted as that's the nature of the genre, even the ones with a "deep" plot.
However, this story is uninteresting thus far as it's basically about a boy who won the lottery of life and continues to luck out while barely having to face any hardships.

That's a very good question.
Saddly making it a harem, really killed the series.
