Hoshi no Samidare. I personally love this one. It's hella fascinating and fun.
Tensei Goblin dakedo Shitsumon aru?. This one is interesting, and it's fun to see how strong he'll get.
Shoukan sareta Kenja wa Isekai wo Yuku. This guy just kinda goes on a rampage and it's great.

I've probably read over 20 different isekai mangas over the years but this one is actually above average. I wish there were more chapters. I hope the translation continues getting released on a regular schedule
