Some of you seem to misunderstand either the author's intentions and/or the mc's, her definition for a villainess is essentially someone who is mean and hated on the outside, but ultimately plays a role in improving the heroine. She has not only played this role perfectly, for example, chapter 9 where she speaks harshly and rudely, yet also makes the heroine understand a view that she hadn't seen, and was very extreme with making the public hate her... yet also has she done this constantly, devoting her life to this 1 girl so that she can not only improve her infamy even more, but also "to go down in history". Another valid point is where she learned of what a villainess is...

Feels like reading a 70's manga. It's so cliche, and the villains are so over the top. I though this kind of manga no longer exists, so it's refreshing in its own way. Of course, the catharsis at the end felt really good.
