No he's got a fair point, the author breaks the flow of fight chapters and awesome moments like the transition from chapter 16 to 17 for example. It's a bit jarring and keeps the story feeling "light" and with little consequence. I understand there is a blend of action and cute, and likely the author is still trying to find balance between the two, but I do think it would benefit from improvement in how the fights are paced and structured. I'm still enjoying the art of course, but its lacking the x factor I felt early on.
