I just love this manga, I can't get enough of it. Every chapter I am so hyped to read. Never have a read a manga that just have me smiling, laughing, and clapping at every chapter. The humor, horror, action and drama is just on point and it claps back at your regular shounen. Chain saw man has brough back that shounen love that I haven't felt in a long time. This is series will always have a place in my heart, and hats off to the writer.
So in the beginning I didnt really got hooked to the story and it was just a read out of bordedom and even now I think the story is a 4/10 but this think fking packs action in its fight.
Just read ch.37 and it fk*ig kicked ass.
Would recommend just for the fights alone

"It seems like the kind of manga that I'll like despite its flaws. The plot so far has been a bit average, same with the characters, but the art and its inherent coolness as an action series with a decent amount of gore will probably have me coming back for more."
My first reaction was kinda whatever, but I read up until chapter 8 in one go.
It sort of feels like it's skipping the first arc of its story, but that's not a bad thing as the first chapter gives you the idea.
Only two chapters in, but this manga looks and feels like something very unique. This probably going to be more of character study than an action series, so I don't recommend hoping for 10 chapter long action scenes. First two chapters felt more like book chapters than your typical manga. Art is also great. All in all this one have crazy amount of potential to be great!!!!
