They don't tell us why Zig chose not to be an adventurer even though he is very much qualified. I think he is not being an adventurer because he doesn't want to be noticed as someone who doesn't have magic. The whole different = dangerous thing. Yet it feels weird that he is helping guard her on quests, which is his job, but not being an adventurer to actively benefit from some serious teamwork and actively guard her.

it's a one of the classics,  beloved in Japan and influenced tons of dramas, fun relationships and characters (of course some parts have aged), but the best part is how well they deal with loss and mourning in manga, the paneling and composition might be one of the better ones , truly showcasing why is this a classic  .. This is a must read

Is this how it ends

That's the way most of these compelling Korean stories go. Starts off phenomenal, then they drag and repeat shit after it should've ended.

This might be one of the best GB mangas I've read. It tackles the topic in a pretty realistic manner while keeping it light hearted. Also, I quite like both Mao and Yuuki as characters and how they don't show that much about themselves.

Now, they both implied they went out with one another already, right? Like, at first in chap 12 I thought it was just his imagination going rampant, but the last few pages of chapter 13 from Mao's perspective would complement Yuuki's scene. Did he rape her, or was she disgusted by the fact that he was a born as a girl?
