    @Noney Megumi & Nobara barely had much character development. Megumi had potential, but then that potential was wasted after he became Sukuna's vessel and could've mustered up the courage to keep on living and have his own persona to believe in himself instead of relying on his friends. Nobara was MIA for the entirety of the story, that instead of becoming a plot device for the final blow against Sukuna making Yuji's declaration to defeat Sukuna by himself pointless, she could've come back earlier as a participant for the culling game to gain more character development and growth.
