@tpeng97 The Prince was asking why the Cat guy (terrible with names) sent assassins after Seran before. He did that because the King had an unusual reaction after meeting Seran in person (even asked who his mother was). They also talk about the fact that it's good that he's not interested in his history/past. All of that coupled with the Princess randomly telling Seran that she's now engaged and crying as she runs off should tell us something.

Lol. Being a pacifist doesn't guarantee you in defending yourself from the adversary.

It's a little bit convenient that the carrot that only grows on the many-ears clan lands just so happens to be so delicious high-ranking demons will buy them en masse and save the race.
It feels a little like this isn't the fruit of their own efforts, and just pure random luck. What happens when someone else figures out how to grow the carrot? Or when the high-ranking demons just send their own farmers to this land to cultivate it in bigger quantities?
