Gal Gohan is exactly one I was thinking about. It worked with a topic of a mentor/student romance very well, and left a satisfying ending.
This manga had very much same feel initially, but then it just started rubbing me in a bad way. It's still nice and stuff, just no longet 10/10 because of ick factor.

As a complete sidenote it's funny that I can enjoy the hentai perfectly fine, even if it's dark, because of the suspension of disbelief I guess, but when i see "realistic" manga like this get creepy it just puts me off

The MC is creepy as hell in real life if you think about it. I don't mine getting a girl like that IRL tho (I'm a student)
