Hmm... Well, the art wasn't great, but I truly enjoyed reading the manga. The plot is quite original for a Shugo series—not something you've likely seen adapted before, but more realistic than usual (which isn't saying much :P) and featuring an intriguing set of twists. As the story progressed, I felt it improved. By the last few chapters, I was thoroughly engrossed and loving every moment. Yes, I recommend people read it, unless subpar art is a deal-breaker for you. However, like the plot and character development, the art does get better as the manga goes along.

I have to admit, this was the very first Manga I ever read. When I was around 12, all my friends were deeply immersed in Manga and Anime, but I just couldn't get into it. However, during a family vacation when I was 14, I stumbled upon the Manga section at a Chapters store. There were so many options! It was especially impressive compared to the limited selection at the local bookstore back in my hometown. The fact that "Pink" was part of the title played a significant role in my choice because, at that time, I was on a major pink shopping spree.

For my inaugural Manga experience and as a road trip read, I must say I truly enjoyed it. As an entry point into my love for Anime and Manga, it holds a special place in my heart.

I found the storyline incredibly adorable! It was a delightful, quick read, and I found myself craving more once I finished.
