ORV has shit world building, ateast in the novel. But it's a great story nonetheless.
The Sorcerer King is struggling a lot right now (ch. 136) and he is not the prodigy and genius that he and others believe he is. It's kinda refreshing to see a MC getting upstaged by his disciples.
And Solo Leveling really lacks when it comes to character growth. He stopped growing after the tower.
