Souta-kun no Akihabara Funtouki

the story is a hot mess. the characters all suck in a rather non-charming way. some of the main characters had a few good moments, but it seemed like those were only there so the author could make an impression on the readers, and after that you could forget about them completely and it wouldn't matter at all. characters never grow, despite getting into conflicts all the time, it's always the same sort of conflicts that becomes boring after you've noticed the pattern. and it's almost always the same pattern with all the characters, with so little variation it's hard to believe they're not the same character with different appearances and external circumstances. the manga is full of words filled with idealism, and yet barely a story to tell. some others have voiced their concern over how there's too much violence and rape, but when it's this hard to care for the characters and their stories, i'd count that as a plus.
