Eh. If you don't like it, don't read it. These manga are usually made from LN, and said LN are impacted by the world the authors live in, so it's basically a commentary and power fantasy about employees being fired even though they carry the company and thriving and living a good life, getting a wife, etc while the corpo goes bankrup

Like yeah, there's some level of meaning in the story but she feels so isolated from the rest of the story that the meaning feels lost. I think the author noticed this too. Ashiya has been here since, pretty much, the beginning of the story. But Konomi gets all of the characterization. She gets more screen time with Takehiro, she's the one who sees his weakness, she's the one who hangs out with him, she's the one who teases him, she's the one who shares his secret. They share interests, they talk about the said interests, they joke with each other. But Ashiya? Her story with Takehiro begins and ends at "You're a good person and we should be together"

I don’t dislike this art style but after ~175 chapters it is hard to match names to faces and it just feels so different. It sucks they had to change but I think i will still like it nonetheless
