Naah its pretty obvious hes gonna go the femboy route. I mean they have been foreshadowing his creepy parent (grandma i think i cant remember) this whole time. If he just goes and has a kid with some woman there will be no need for conflict but the creepy grandma seems to be a future antagonist which can only happen if he goes the femboy route. Also Kino has been with gero through every arc so hes had the most development i doubt gero is just gonna get with one of the random female side character

hes the villain of the story and did a lot of fucked up things that couldnt be forgiven but you have to remember he has schizophrenia. He didnt stop being a victim once his mother passed, I'd argue that he became more of one when she did. He was only a kid and who knows what we would've done in that circumstance. It's ignorant and easy to say from an outside perspective that you would never do what he did. But what if we lost our mom like that, what if we had that mental illness that plagues and tortures us everyday. It's an extremely unfortunate set of circumstances and I don't believe he should be vilified as much as he has been. For a webtoon that treats medicine with such high regard and detail it seems like a mistake to have so little empathy for someone suffering with mental illness
