    Nah, it's not that she actually looks younger. Check out Chapter 122 Pg 18-19, when they meet at the police station.
    Seiko appears to look quite old and haggard in Pg 18 but the moment she turns to face Seiichi, we see Seiichi overwrite her present appearance with her younger one. This happens on Pg 19. Quite beautifully done.

    I presume there will come a time when Seiichi will realize what he has done. That'll probably be somewhere near the end of the manga for all we know.

    No, I think it's logical and understandable. He dropped out his family for his passion and his confident. But his confident was crushed by main. He couldnt go on. He gave up even he felt guilty toward the others. I dont think he would go back to family. If thing went like that, his life's ruined. He's the most suffered.
