I'm not sure how to express it but this manga's core for the story and art feels solid and good, but also badly polished, or not well refined. And it gives it even more charm.

Not more murder and brutality but rather the impact of said actions. Example when the heros were sent to kill the remaining demon empire, there was basically no protest to killing the weak, elderly, or children which is what most the remaining demon empire was composed of. It felt like author just did not want to waste time on it because it feels completely rushed. Story as is just focuses on the combat, harem, and making the antagonists look like shit. Everything in the way of actual world building across the span of these 23 chapters can be stuffed into 1 chapter
