Not only would that be the worst twist in Manga history, it would also make absolutely 0 sense, How are they still alive ~3700 years later? Pre-Petrification was set in Modern Day Earth, so there wasn't any Moon Bases around, any Human explanation wouldn't make any sense either since they wouldn't be able to breathe. Then there's also the fact that it's mimicking Senku's voice perfectly, No human would be capable of that.

I can only assume anyone saying it's a relative of Senku's is a literal child, please never get into writing. If these are the best twists you can think of you would make a terrible author.
