I sort of agree that "people is treasure", but the MC is throwing away too much money. He solves almost everything with money. I don't really mind with such solutions, but every time he solves problems with money, he uses more than 10 times the yearly salary of a commoner. The king also keeps raising his allowance. I'm pretty sure the author knew this: I think there is a chapter where the king says that the treasury does not have "enough" money. Otherwise, this is similar to trash isekai where the MC just bulldozes through everything in his way. The MC in this manga also bulldozes through everything, but politically. I would rate this... maybe a 5 out of 10, good enough to waste some time.
