Sometimes I don't get these anime moms. Like your son is a hardworking chad who doesn't waste his time running around with delinquents or do other bad stuff, minds his own business helps out the family and studies hard. Be a little appreciative towardd him. Saying that this girl is wasted on my son is a bit unnecessary IMO to be honest.

Read this after watching the first few episodes of the anime, gotta say out of the hell trio, this definitely is the more well crafted all around story. I was curious why the anime took so long for stuff to go down but i see the manga is the same way, so i guess that's just worldbuilding stuff.
In any case, really captivating story and the way the power system works together with human interactions/emotions, made any power ups feel more natural and less ass pull-ey. Highly recommended.
