So if I'm understanding correctly, the title "Welcome Back, Papa" is more in reference to the deceased papa and not the actual MC.
When the daughter moved the ice cream to the empty table, she was giving to her deceased dad. I think wife and daughter are using the MC as a means to an end to bring back aspects of wife's deceased husband. That would explain why daughter suggests getting pregnant by MC because she has her deceased dad's genetics, and they would carry on in her child if she had one.
I have a theory that mom and daughter could be planning to do a "bait and switch," on the MC and instead of the MC being with his wife, he ends up with his daughter and, he manages to get her pregnant. If the daughter manages to successfully give birth, I think MC will no longer be treated the same way because wife and daughter would have essentially gotten what they wanted from him.
MC needs to wake up and run!
