9/10 but ending made it 5/10 ish

i really really really loved the story and how it portray different complications with relationships such as one sided love, struggles of platonic relationships, confusion between love and admiration. i’m not part of the LGBTQ but some of the things really hit home for me.i also really loved the art style and i fucking loved ichinose and futaba’s relationships.

now the ending. they really give you a sense of relief seeing them all run together all happy and a few pages later… a complete slap in the face out of nowhere. i’m biased cause i was really i was really invested in them bc they were so cute but still it was really sudden and gut wrenching. and then seeing her getting married hurt me 10 times more.
Masumi marrying a dude really confused me seeing as she explicitly said she had tried many times being with dudes and not feeling anything and nothing really implied her being bi.

This has an overdone setting, but manages to make itself unique with its wacky sense of occaisional humor, that said.. I would give it a strong 3.5/5 I would give it a 4/5, but it simply lacks the substance to hit that mark, I will give it a great recommendation for any wanting a light hearted and fun read though. Enjoy :)
