Bjorn was already impressed with how far Erwin got on her own, if she takes it to the next level she might succeed in getting Bjorn to party with her instead of Misha since he's so results-oriented. He has already expressed his dissatisfaction with his current party. It's better than murdering Misha at least. So far it seems like his new party will have Avman and Erwin, and maybe Aynar when she comes back from her training arc? Misha better lock tf in before she gets benched, dating and even cohabitation won't mean shit if Bjorn decides she'd be a burden. I think his new party still needs someone who can scout, so there's still hope if Misha decides to skill out that way.
