    It was definitely stated that kuzen died. It was said in an indirect way. As for why amon and Akira are not mentioned, it's not a plot hole. And i personally felt like amons story got pretty sorted with his fight with Donato porpora so he doesn't a need any specific statements.
    Tho i agree that skip during the end from him worrying about ayato felt a bit weird. But it's cleared up during his narration in the time skip chapter.
    As for eto i feel like the tea cup ( eto's tea cup that yoshimura saved for her) being there filled seems to hint as a closure for her.
