Stories #2, 4 (prequel), and the bonus (#5) delve into historical settings filled with spies, sword fights, and thrilling action. These tales also feature characters with curling toes and beautifully tattooed arms. The prequel includes some intense scenes involving limb loss and gore. A delightful role reversal is present in the bonus story.

#1 and its small bonus (#7) follow a classic narrative of an older, insecure uke (significantly older) paired with a young seme. This time around, it's a predator falling for his prey.

#3 and #6 focus on a middle-aged man who forms a bond with a young boy at a construction site. It’s a heartwarming tale.

Overall, the reading experience is pleasant. I found the storyline of "Lost in the Darkness Before Dawn" (2, 4, 5) to be the most captivating. The way fight scenes were illustrated was impressive. As always, I appreciate how Naono Bohra depicts intimate moments.

This manga is really painfully frustrating to read.  Kou doesn't know what he wants and kept wavering, Narumi is a conscious manipulative person, Touma "forced" a relationship that HE KNEW it was faded to go wrong and Futaba really needs to learn how to impose her opinions. The only good characters are Makita, Kominato and Shuuko and I'm really gladthey got their happy ending.
