I don't think it's bad and boring.

Bleach was part of the Big Three at some point. It was amazing. The anime had so much great moments, and a fuckin' good damned music in background.

I hope Burn the Witch will have something like that, even if it's shorter.

the reason i love this manga so much is because its more of a realist tale in a fantasy setting. the author really understands the basic of sociology. someone from such a far advanced setting would be seen as a deity if thrown into a medieval world. and to that person they would seem like an almost barbaric society. its such a different take on a traveler from another world style manga.

Ash got lucky with the poison, plus a starving bear fresh out of hibernation would definitely not be at full strength. It also helped that the bear basically just fell on the damn spear.
