If only that was his only issue ... Dude "loves" Chizuru, but every time he's with another girl, he's eying them up and blushing. He's not only nervous with Chizuru (which should be fine if he's in love with her), but he's nervous and horny with every other girl. At this point, he's not any better than when he first rented Chizuru. From what I read online, it seems that the author is in love with his own character, Chizuru and maybe he is just making Kazuya do these things to make his character even worse because, going with the story, "his girl" is about to NTR him with Kazuya ... otherwise it makes no sense why Kazuya is so bad at improving himself after almost 350 chapters.

Nah. Just need to melt them off with her venom and dump the resulting sludge to the river.
