Oji has an interesting grasp of this test, and I think it is pretty correct. Funny enough I would say that if his point of view was the only one correct this would practically null Mizukami's strategy.

But the more we see of the test the more I understand that the final analysis will come in a more abstract way, sure those with the most points will have certain advantages, but to put a mission on this level cooperation will be the factor they most want. All of the participants are good professionals, that much is already clear, but they will need to weed those whose characteristics won't allow them long stay in a foreign land or that may be a little too oddball to deal with the rigors of this mission.

The operator girl and agent boy that arent good with the opposite sex, Ikoma too is too much of an oddball, which isn't bad but he is too adept of deflecting seriousness with his goofiness.
