Interesting. I've probably read over 50 Isekai manga, the most popular ones at least, and I think this is nothing like 7th prince at all. I also don't think it deserves more than a 7/10 in comparison to the others I've read.
If you prefer simplicity then this is probably going to rank higher for you but you also have to admit that the drawing and the action and character designs are also way too simple to the point that it's stiff. I won't say the plot is boring because that is subjective but it's definitely not special enough to push it above 7/10.
It's ok as a manga to pass time though.

Surprisingly well written for a smut manga. The political maneuvers are well thought out, better than 99% of villainess series I'd say. The female lead is incredibly beautiful and her varying expressions are absolutely bewitching, just superb art overall.
