I thoroughly enjoyed the first book. It had a vibe reminiscent of "A Walk to Remember" and was quite excellent. I hoped the rest would be just as good, but I was mistaken. Don't misunderstand me; the initial books were worth reading. However, as the series progressed, they became monotonous, and I lost my connection to the story. I couldn't bring myself to finish it because I found the later books unbearable. Thus, my overall review is influenced by the latter parts. I strongly recommend that you read this series, but don't feel compelled to finish it if it no longer resonates with you.

This anthology masterfully blends the pure elegance of art with the detailed intricacies of its narratives. Each story achieves a lifelike balance, evoking the delicate flutter of a butterfly's wings. A bittersweet gentleness mingles with deep intensity throughout, creating a compelling atmosphere. The characters are relentless and unapologetic, offering no excuses – they simply exist as they are.

It is astonishing how a piece of art can feel profoundly real while retaining an almost celestial quality. "Chou ni Naru Hi" mirrors life itself – a harsh reality punctuated by moments of divine beauty. This collection captivates with its raw authenticity and ethereal charm, leaving a lasting impression on the reader.
