The leader of the Shogun's Banshu samurai, known as the Bangashira. He makes his first appearance in Dark Shadows part 1. He is also the covert leader of the Mugai-ryū. Simultaneously, he invites the Ittō-ryū to become an official sword school while directing the Mugai-ryū against it. Kagimura orchestrated and participated in the massacre that took place during a feast welcoming the Ittō-ryū into the Banshu.
