He is the Digimon partner of Ichijouji Ken. At first, he serves as a loyal but mistreated servant under Ken. However, by the end of the series, he becomes a trusted friend and partner to the children and their Digimon.
Throughout the series, he makes the ultimate sacrifice to help defeat Chimeramon but is reborn as a digi-egg. From then on, he is Ken's friend. His evolved form is known as Stingmon, and in this form, he can fuse with ExVeemon to become Paildramon.
