Tellu, known as Telulu in the English dub, is the third member of the Witches 5, named after the mineral tellurite.
In the anime, Tellu is tasked with gathering pure hearts. She opens a flower shop and gives away beautiful plants called Telluns, which later extract pure hearts from their owners. Tellu can then collect these hearts in a magical container. Eventually, Sailor Moon, Chibi Moon, Pluto, and Tuxedo Mask confront her, leading her to unleash her most powerful plant, Hyper-Tellun.
In the manga, Tellu appears as the fourth witch rather than the third. She uses the alias Lulu Teruno and is responsible for the Garden in the Physical Division of Infinity Academy, as well as the botanical gardens. Ranked at Level 404, her death attack is "Mandragora Buster." Similar to the anime, she employs artificial plants to steal Hostes but is ultimately thwarted by the Sailor Senshi.
