He is the leader of the Pocket Dan and serves as Bossun's counterpart. Additionally, he is Kaoru Yagi's younger brother. Tact possesses a photographic memory. Tact often comes across as cocky and confident in his own abilities. Thanks to his perfect memory, he excels at the top of his class in all subjects and isn't shy about mentioning it.
