Appearing exclusively in the manga and musicals, Sailor Chi, alongside Sailor Phi, is considered one of Galaxia's most loyal servants. She is named after the Greek letter Chi, represented by the symbol X.
Their outfits are similar but distinct; Sailor Chi wears a green outfit that reveals her midriff and features a long skirt with thigh-high slits. In contrast, Sailor Phi's attire is red, covers her midriff, and includes pants. Both carry staffs adorned with sun symbols on top, which they use in battle. Sailor Phi also wields an attack called Galactica Plants Blizzard.
Known as the Starseed Gardeners or the Garden Crystal Senshi, they oversee the starseeds kept in the gardens surrounding Galaxia’s palace. They act as messengers for Galaxia, monitoring her other servants and reporting on their activities. Sailor Phi makes her first appearance in Act 45, informing Galaxia of Sailor Aluminum Siren's failure. Sailor Chi appears later in Act 48.
Sailor Chi and Sailor Phi are responsible for the deaths of all three Sailor Starlights, Princess Kakyuu, and likely many others. They are ultimately defeated by Eternal Sailor Moon in Act 49, but not before significantly boosting Sailor Galaxia's power.
