PallaPalla, known as Para Para in the dubbed version, is the blue-haired, childlike member of the Quartet. She specializes in ball-based attacks and is referred to as the Magician of Balancing Balls. Her Sailor Senshi counterpart is Sailor Mercury, and her signature color is blue. PallaPalla often speaks in the third person.
Naoko Takeuchi described her as a bimbo, crybaby, and childish. In the manga, she is the second eldest sister, while in the anime, she is the youngest. This aligns with the size of the asteroid Pallas, after which she is named, inspired by the Greek goddess Pallas Athena. It is revealed in the manga that she is actually Sailor Pallas, one of the four protectors of Chibiusa.
In the anime, PallaPalla's childish nature is consistent with the manga, though she occasionally demonstrates cleverness. The others view her as dangerous; in one episode, she rips the head off her own doll to cure its toothache. She frequently summons ball-like lemures and sometimes uses dolls in her attacks, although balls are her primary weapon. PallaPalla prefers attacking groups of people rather than individuals.
