A fellow Dragoon who knows Zefiris and participated in the Genesis Wars, but unlike Zefiris, lost most of her powers. To survive, she integrates herself into an ancient battle-vehicle known as the Skid, which becomes part of her body. Her personality is cold and unfeeling, much like the Peacemakers. Despite technically still being a Dragoon, Natalie no longer considers herself one.
During a conversation with Zefiris, when it was mentioned that her methods were too forceful, she replied indifferently, "I am no longer a Dragoon. But we Dragoons need not go out of our way to help those foolish humans." This statement hints at her belief that humans are a class below the Dragoons and Peacemakers.
Later in the series, unable to fight as a Dragoon, Natalie helps create Dragoon emulations called Gigas. These entities resemble both Dragoons and Peacemakers but lack a humanoid form. Natalie's self-exclusion from the Dragoons stems from her failure to protect her master.
