Miyuki serves as the student council president at Miator. She strives diligently to ensure all aspects of her role are fulfilled properly. When Shizuma neglects her responsibilities as the Etoile, Miyuki often becomes annoyed and reprimands her, creating a dynamic that resembles a mother-child relationship rather than that of classmates. The two have shared a room since they first arrived at Miator years ago, but initially, their roles were reversed, with Shizuma acting more maturely. Despite this, they appear to be good friends with a deep understanding of each other. Following the death of Kaori Sakuragi, Miyuki took on the role of Shizuma's assistant and has remained an important confidante.
