Juza of the Clouds is Raoh's childhood rival and a martial arts prodigy. He practices a self-styled martial art that mirrors his free-spirited nature. Juza grew up with Yuria and developed romantic feelings for her. However, discovering they shared the same father and were half-siblings crushed his hopes of a relationship. Following this revelation, Juza adopted a carefree lifestyle, engaging in promiscuity and showing little interest in the other Goshasei's cause. His attitude changed when he learned the true identity of the Last Nanto General. Juza then challenged Raoh to a duel, initially gaining an advantage by stealing Raoh's steed, Kokuoh-Go, but ultimately faced one of Raoh's most challenging battles and was defeated.
